One of the most significant things I’ve done for my own wellness this year is improving my nutrition. If you follow my socials you’ll have seen I’ve become a celery juice devotee.
I stumbled across celery juice on Debra Messing’s Instagram and thought: “if it’s good enough for Debra, it’s good enough for me”!
Celery juice is perported to offer improvement, relief and healing from a variety of acute and chronic illnesses and symptoms including digestive issues, skin conditions, migraines, fatigue, and brain fog.
I’ve been blending a whole celery (sometimes more) for the past month and have barely missed a day, and I have to say the results have been incredible.
My main incentive for trying celery juice was that I have some inflammation on my spine since April last year. At times it was so tender that I couldn’t arch my back at all but after two-and-a-half weeks I had definitely seen some improved.
Then there are the side benefits. My brain definitely feels less foggy, and my cellulite has reduced by half which is incredible – and something I wasn’t expecting at all!
Who knew when we were spending way too much on creams and lotions, that all we needed was a bunch of celery a day?
(BTW, I have no affiliation with Celery Juice Benefits or Medical Medium, but I’m a big rap for their brand of green power.)
