Pricing Policy: All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 07.10.2016. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

Customer Service Policy
Blank Canvas Interiors is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel it we will issue a full refund. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within three business days to arrange an immediate refund, a back order or an agreeable alternative item.
