Have you used The Make Room yet? It is a really easy to use drag and drop tool for planning each room of your house. Sure, it’s by Urban Barn in the USA and is designed to assist you to purchase items from their stores, but it will work perfectly as a room planner no matter where you end up buying your items!
First, go to http://www.urbanbarn.com/Room-Planner and click The Make Room.
Then, choose your room layout (or one almost like it – you can drag and drop to customise later). You can also create a new plan by typing your measurements directly in.
Now, choose what sort of room you’re decorating, and what sort of item you’d like to place in the room. Then drag one of the items into the room layout. Once there, you can rotate it to suit.
Keep going until your room is complete!
Save, print, share your room. Fun huh!?
