(If you are new to Magazine Monday, take a peek at the original post first)
When I started Interior Design, Vogue Living was my very first ‘if only’ magazines. If only I could design like that, if only I could have something like that and of course on a student wage IF ONLY I could afford something like that.
Design is so much more accessible than it used to be and feeling like the ‘if only’ has now become more like, maybe I can!!
There are so many elements in this edition of Vogue that I feel are tangible it is an exciting thought that everyone can attain good design in their home no matter what their style or budget is. Of course there are homes that still fall into the I WISH category but what is the use of not having anything to aspire to or dream of.
So these are the pages that fall into “I Wish”, “If only” and “Maybe I can”. We all have our own stages of life that fall into one of these categories so flick through the magazine and tell us what falls onto your list?

Pg 92 :: I have 5 of these gorgeous vintage leaf bowls – my Mums’ originals from the 70’s

Pg 22 :: It’s all about the pineapples!!!

Pg 34 :: I would definitely have one of these tables in my home…

Pg 96 :: Ceramic art making a the beautiful out of a ‘creepy’ subject. The pink gives it a delicate, almost beachy coral look.

Pg 119 :: A home reflecting the shape of the surrounding gum trees and respecting the landscape..

Pg 143 :: I hate crumbs so I never do. This interior intrigues me as it is so simple and peaceful, even with a lion looking over you..

Pg 147 :: A trough or a bath? For some reason all I can see is the perfect place to shave your legs, how glamorous.

Pg 205 :: Take me to Sri Lanka….. Now!
