REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and under other consumer laws applying in each State and Territory, you have the right to have goods replaced, repaired or to receive a refund where:
- the goods are faulty;
- the goods are wrongly described;
- the goods are different from a sample shown to you; and/or
- the goods do not do what they are supposed to do.
These consumer guarantees are implied into all consumer contracts and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
Molmic will happily replace your item/s if the do not arrive in their promised condition. We require that you email a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt, we will then organise your replacement.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed and no amendments or cancellations can be made after 24 hours of the order date. We are not able to combine orders, or make any changes after this time.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Reduced and Sale items are NOT eligible for returns. Once your order has been placed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Prior to any items being returned please email Blank Canvas Interiors Pty Ltd typing “request return” into the subject line. Please provide us with a reason for your return in your email per the ‘REFUND’ section above. We will respond to you with instructions on how to process your return.
Returns must be received within 14 days for Australian customers.
Returns must be received in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject your return if this is not complied with.
If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost.
Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for return.
We do not credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error.
Every endeavor is made to ensure returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.
Blank Canvas, and our suppliers, are very cautious when it comes to quality control and all items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers.

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty, incorrectly dispatched by Molmic or damaged in transit.
