Well tonight is the night (June 27th, 8.30pm LifeStyle Channel) for the first episode of River Cottage Australia with the new Australian host, Paul West.
River Cottage with Hugh Fearnely- Wittingstall, has been happening for eighteen years and Hugh has a massive following on screen but his farm is a mecca for food enthusiasts and living life on the farm.
A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to catch the live forum with Hugh, the introduction of Paul and two more LifeStyle Food chefs Kylie Kwong and Matt Moran. As you can see from the pics – I felt pretty happy to be there!!
